Description
Avande have teamed up with the award-winning interior design company LJ Interiors who specialise in expert home staging and furniture packages.
This package includes a pre-made furnishing “Core” package for a 1 bedroom home. Specifically the Living/Dining area and the Bedroom. This product includes delivery, installation, styling and cleanup.
Please note, these products are based on what is currently in stock, if an item is currently out of stock it will be swapped for a similar product, any changes would be discussed before install for approval.

FAQ’s
What is the lead time? –
Our lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks from project confirmation to when we install in your property.
Can we choose the items? –
Yes. Our LJ interiors furniture package service is bespoke, meaning you can tailor the package to include the items you need. We have a number of suppliers where we source our furniture from so if you have a specific style then we can usually tailor the package to your desired look.
What happens if something breaks? –
If the problem is a manufacturer problem, such as the fabric being discoloured or torn then we can usually get a replacement piece from our manufacturer within the usual 6 months warranty.
Can I get my money back if I don’t like an item of furniture? –
If the item is not damaged and its just a case of not liking something then unfortunately we cannot provide a refund. Our designers curate the packages to show the overall look and provide all the relevant details for each item so once signed off and the package is chosen we are unable to refund anything.
Can we try the furniture before we buy? –
We don’t have the facilities for clients to come and test out the furniture before purchasing. Please ask our designers as many questions before purchasing if you have any queries in relation to style/comfort.
Do we have to deal with any packaging from the furniture? –
Our warehouse team unbox and remove all the packaging for you.
Will we need to build any of the furniture? –
No. Our warehouse team will build all the furniture for you so its completely hassle free.
Will I need to hang any artwork or mirrors myself? –
No. Our warehouse team hang all the artwork and mirrors for you.
Product Descriptions
Sofa – Grey fabric 2 seater sofa.
Arm Chair – Its frame is made from sustainable teak wood and has very gently arcing design lines inspired by mid-century living. The woods natural colour and rich grain softens the look and contrasts with the black leather upholstery. Small studs trim the seat and backrest, introducing a hint of metallic warmth to the look.
Coffee Table – Constructed from a steel metal base, it mirrors the unmissable oak effect stand which is made from obscure angles to emphasise the stylish look.It’s completed with a spacious glass table top, ideal and practical for all your needs while keeping the piece looking sleek and trendy.
Floor Lamp – Its tapering shade is made from natural coloured fabric which helps the lamp emit a warm, ambient glow. The stand is comprised of four individual lengths of natural wood which coalesce at the base, giving the lamp a subtle geometric appearance. The woods golden finish complement the fabric shade.
Rug – Hand woven with jute. Natural tones and fibres made to suit the trendiest of homes.
Dining Table – Based on Scandinavian style, this table is an extremely clean, current and contemporary looking range. Comprising white oak veneers along with solid wood, it is distinguishable by its hallmark tabletop starburst pattern.
Dining Chairs – The legs are formed from natural beech wood, its natural tone and muted grain contrasting with the black metal latticework beneath the seat. The sling shaped wooden seat supports a curving backrest, both of which are upholstered in soft faux leather. Dual line stitching adds texture, while feet pads protect flooring.
Artwork – A modern abstract art print. This line art print shows an abstract drawing of two people hugging. The neutral colours make it easy to match in many different rooms. The geometric style mixed with the free hand line drawing make it contemporary art print for your home.
Flowers – The faux reed-feathers of pampas grass will make an ideal addition to urban and nature-inspired decors. Elegantly handcrafted and pieced together, this pampas grass is attached to a slim stem that can be shaped or trimmed to fit a variety of vases and pots.
Vase – Characterful, subtly distressed ceramic glaze, handcrafted.
Flower in Pot – This faux agave in a ceramic pot will bring a natural charm and texture to the interior with its vivid accent. Intricately handcrafted, this century plant doesn’t require any maintenance, and its water resistant nature makes it easy to clean.
Cushions – Shearling feather filled printed black cushion.
King Bed – With a simple and stylish button back design, this bed is a dream come true for any bedroom. The monochrome fabric finish adds a sophisticated look while the button back gives it a unique and attractive style. Contoured foam padding provides the ultimate in comfort, while the sturdy legs keep it sturdy for years to come. No mattress included.
Bedside Table – The martini grey smoked glass side table in a modern retro design. A metal gold rim combined with the grey smoked glass base in an elegant form.
Bedside Lamp – This table lamp features a high gloss, blue glass base formed in two different sized, unified orbs. It is placed on a chromed metal round bottom that contributes to the lamps glamorous accent with its mirrored glaze. A tapered design, white fabric shade furthers its elegance with a touch of sophistication.
